File menu is clipped at startup when Qt Creator is scaled

      If I start Qt Creator with
       
      QT_SCALE_FACTOR=2

      the first time I open the File menu in order to select a recent project, the menu is too narrow.

      This bug disappears when a project is loaded.

      This is only cosmetic, as you can select an item in the list.
