Squish: Remove dependency on MSVC2013

      Qt Creator 4.10 will require MSVC2017 for building. I'd really like to avoid a need to have three versions of MSVC installed. To remove MSVC2013, we'd have to:

      • Replace the currently used kit Qt 5.6.1-1
      • Rebuild Qt 4 with a newer compiler
