[REG: 4.8.1 -> 4.8.2] Qt Creator doesn't store "Locals" floating window in debugging

      Reproducible steps:

      1. Set breakpoint
      2. Start to debug
      3. Break at breakpoint
      4. Undock "Locals" view to floating
      5. Go and stop
      6. Start to debug again

      Expected: "Locals" view is floating

      Actual: Dock in right side of Qt Creator

       

      Causing with 4.8.2, not reproduce with 4.8.1. Please see attached video.
