    Description

      The current check if the runtime is already installed fails for the MSVC2017 runtime.

      Looks like the registry path is the same as for MSVC2015, because they are compatible https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/383873/vc-runtime-redistributable-update-for-vs-159-delet.html
