Clang 8.0.0 creates problems with the Clang code model

After upgrading to CLang 8.0.0, the integration of the Clang plugin does not work anymore.

Here is the log:

I have the latest development version, sha id 19f2da8048, compiled from scratch. In $PATH, I have the following clang programs:

clang-8 clang-check clang-extdef-mapping clang-include-fixer clang-refactor clang-tidy clang-apply-replacements clang-cl clang-format clang-offload-bundler clang-rename clang-change-namespace clang-cpp clang-import-test clang-query clang-reorder-fields
```

Can you please help me in debugging it? By the way, I don't know where to stop to see what is the error "3".
