Breakpoint indicators vanish when leaving debug mode

Steps to reproduce:

• Set Breakpoint in cpp file
• Debug application
• End debugging (Shift+F5)

Expected result:

• Breakpoint indicator is shown next to line number

Actual result:

• No breakpoint indicator (breakpoint is still set, shown in breakpoint list and triggered when debugging)
