Ask user to confirm CTRL-Q

      As a new user, I like to get a warning message before my Creator is closed, if I press CTRL-Q.

      The user should be shown a similar Dialog look at the attachment) as when asking if the user wants to see the UI tour. The dialog should contain the functionality "Do not show again" as provided by CheckableMessageBox.
