"Project editing failed" "The project file cannot be automatically changed." on a QML resource file rename

      Similar to QTCREATORBUG-20139 

      Is this a missing feature, a bug or ?

      One cannot rename a QML resource file, even though the UI is enabled with the right click context menu to do it, via "Rename...". 

      So highlight a QML file, right click "Rename..."and you will see the attached ProjectEditFailed.PNG error message.
