"Start and Break on Main" has the same keyboard shortcut as "Step Over"

    Description

          After installing qtcreator 4.9.0 under windows 10 I found I can't step over when debugging. After some investigation I found that "Start and Break on Main" has the same keyboard shortcut(F10) as "Step Over" which prevent "Step Over" from being triggered. I have to remove keyboard shortcut for "Start and Break on Main" to make "Step Over" work again.
