Dark theme breaks keyboard shorcut preferences

    Description

      When using a dark theme, such as the built in "Flat Dark", the display of keyboard shortcuts on Options > Environment > Keyboard is broken, in that it appears the shorcut column uses dark on dark (for non-conflicts). If you select a line, you can see the shortcut though.
