Qt debugging crashes after update of Qt Maintenance Tool und Qt Creator 4.8.2 Debugger Support

After updating Qt Creator Debugger Support from version 4.8.1 to 4.8.2 debugger crashes during startup. The following DLLs used for debugging are either not loaded at all, or the wrong files are loaded

msvcp140d.dll
vcruntime140d.dll

although they are located in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\VC\redist\debug_nonredist\x86\Microsoft.VC140.DebugCRT

Deactivation of Symantec client and update to Qt Creator 4.9.0 Debugger Support did not help.

The only way to "solve" the problem was to add the above path to the system path variable.
