Qt Creator no response

      step 1:  start the Qt Creator

      step 2:  Qt Creator no response when open a project or open a document below the project, 

      and i try to delete the dir 'QtProject' below path "C:\Users\v4231\AppData\Roaming" reconfigure project 

      when I  double click and select the kits of Desktop Qt 5.12.2 MinGW 32-bit Qt Creator also no response

       

      they happen occasionally. 

      can you tell me how to solve this problem?
