"CMake configuration has changed on disk" dialog is confusing

Each time I see this dialog I cannot decipher it. Being new to CMake, I end up clicking the wrong option every time and wiping a bunch of settings. Please make it easier to understand the consequences of clicking each button.

In the case of the attached screenshot, I was trying to get a project set up to build with clang. I had tried setting some stuff on the command line, and it didn't work, so went back to Creator and set Clang_DIR, and wanted to apply it. I wasn't sure what to click so I went with the default (i.e. the recommended option) and ended up losing all of the settings that Creator had set and they were replaced with the ones I had set on the command line, I think.
