    Description

      I created a license template by default:

      // code placeholder
/**************************************************************************
** Qt Creator license header template
**   Special keywords: %USER% %DATE% %YEAR%
**   Environment variables: %$VARIABLE%
**   To protect a percent sign, use '%%'.
**************************************************************************/

      Then I create a new file, I see:

      // code placeholder
/**************************************************************************
** Qt Creator license header template
**   Special keywords:  2019 2019
**   Environment variables:
**   To protect a percent sign, use '%'.
**************************************************************************/

      It seems QT Creator 4.6 already have such issue.
