Description
If the compiler emits warnings when building a source file, the next time the project is built, those warnings are no longer visible in the Issues pane (since that source file isn't rebuilt).
It would be helpful if Qt Creator could continue to show those warnings, for source files that haven't been rebuilt. (Perhaps also store them to disk so they also remain visible after closing and reopening the project.)
