comment/pod section isn't higlighted properly (perl)

When I edit perl code, I'd like to comment out some parts with POD-makers, i.e.

=x

=cut

everything within is POD-documentation and is not code any longer, and should be hilighted properly. 

However, it does not (sample-1.png). Only if I close editor/file, and open it again, only after that operation it hilights correcly (sample-2.png).

In QTCReator 4.8 that worked  correct,
