Git plugin should provide integration for "git log -S" command (aka "pickaxe")

We already have "git log" and "git blame", but often to find traces where certain part of code was added first time use of "git log -S" is required. It would be convenient if we could just select some text in editor and get "git log -S" output for it with a shortcut

git log -S should be applied to current file, preferfably with --follow.
