Changing the command line arguments triggers some reparsing/build/reading project "..." which is a bit annoying for me when using it, because each time i change the command line arguments, there is a delay of a few seconds.

I think no matter what the arguments are. In case the application has build successfully previously then the application should start up immediately. At least that would make a better more efficient user experience for me.
