I have created a widget by designer and I put some other widgets horizontally in a layout.

Now I want to have another widget without being attached to the parent widget's layout. (I will adjust the location of that custom widget later in code). when I drag a widget over parent widget in designer, the designer forces me to put it inside the parent widget's layout.

I know I can create that specific widget by cpp code but I would like to know if there are any other solutions like detaching a widget from layout in designer, which I can promote that widget to my custom widget.
