"Make Default" does not work in Kits

    Description

      Trying to change the default kit in Options->Kits does not work as expected. "Make Default" marks the "old" and "new" default kit as changed (bold), but "Apply" does not set the new default kit. Reloading the options page still shows the "old" default kit as default.
