Don't load SourceCode Pro font if it already exists as system font

    Description

      Qt Creator ships its own copy of the Source Code Pro font. Qt Creator loads it on application start and uses it as default editor font (on Windows and Linux).

      In case of an already installed Source Code Pro font, Qt Creator should not load its own version. So, let's add a check before loading the application font.
