• Conceptually, the run settings belong together. But the settings for "Run", allowing to modify a command line, and "Run environment" are far away from each other. If the window is to small, one has to scroll.
• I find myself using the these settings most often, as the others ("Debugger settings"), "Performance Analyzer Settings", ... are special cases for me.

Consider to move "Run Environment" right after "Run".
