Description
lauching a commercial Qt Creator (4.9.2) with no valid local license keys brings up a modal 'Unable to read local Qt licenses' dialog.
- The dialog seems to be functional, but the cursor is still in busy mode (spinning wheel for me)
- Clicking the 'close' button let Qt Creator exit with a segfault
