After sequential selections of different Android NDKs in Devices/Android settings each next selection adds line to Build and Run/Kits list. Auto-detected Kits exactly multiply there. After this it is unable delete unwanted kits cause for auto-detected kits button Remove is unavailable.

Possible solution can be: 1. Do not add duplicated kit if it is already in list. 2. Allow button Remove for all kits including auto-detected.
