Project view could include CMakeLists.txt that failed

Hey,

This seems like the kind of suggestion/issue that would be already reported, however, I found nothing.

The problem:

If on the first parsing cmake project fails on a non-first CMakeLists.txt, ie. added by add_subdirectory, then that file is not visible in the project view nor in the locator. The only solution is to reach the file by file system which is also annoying as it doesn't implement fuzzy searching. I usually end up opening it in vscode.

Suggestion:

To easily open and fix the CMakeLists it should be visible in both project view and reachable via locator.
