Nothing deployed to remote linux host when using cmake

Deployment to a linux target no longer works, when using cmake build (did not check with other build systems).

The “Files to deploy” list is empty, whereas it used to contain the target in the previous version (4.9 is working fine).

Creating a manual step to copy the files works fine.
