Beautifier is not run on file change in search replace

I have Beautifier enabled with "format on save". This works very fine during normal edit and save cycles. But when I search and replace in multiple files the using the advanced find feature normally found at "Ctrl+Shift+F", "format on save" is not run. This can lead to undetected unformated code.

It would be nice to either keep the changed files open unsaved, which is done on other editors and also has the advantage of undo.

Or run "format on save" after replace of a file.
