Icons are occasionally too small with 300% scaling

      See attached screenshot. The unselected icons are scaled correctly; the currently-selected one (Edit in the screenshot) is not.

      It looks like this only occurs when a larger UI scaling is set (300%), but because this is the default / recommended scaling on some newer high DPI laptops more users will encounter this.
