[REG 4.9.2 -> 4.10] Projects view does not show empty resource files

    Description

      1. Create a new "Qt Quick Application - Empty" project using defaults from the wizard.
      2. In the "Projects" view, right click "/" and select "Remove Prefix..." from the context menu.
      3. Confirm with "Yes".
        The resource file will disappear from the Projects view.

      This makes it inconvenient to add content back to the resource file. Creator 4.9.2 still shows the resource file in this situation.

      Found by Squish test tst_openqt_creator.
