BareMetal: GDB debugging broken

    Description

      Latest QtC (with this commit fd4c04407f0026624bab6a1895e5452a81558587) gets crashed at attempt to debug the QBS-based bare-metal project (GCC compiled) with the GDB debugger.

      The QtC prints out the folloving console message:

      Unexpected GDB stderr: "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\GNU Tools ARM Embedded\\8 2018-q4-major\\bin\\arm-none-eabi-gdb-py.exe: warning: Couldn't determine a path for the index cache directory.\r\n"
12:43:59: The program has unexpectedly finished.

      QtC gets crashed in namevaluedictionary.cpp file on a line #152 (please, see screenshoot). Also I have attached the stack-trace (from the QtC console).

      PS: The previous QtC 4.9.2, 4.10 worked fine.
