CMake projects do not deploy anything to a Boot2Qt device

      Target: Toradex Apalis i.MX6 with Boot2Qt 5.13.1

      When deploying a project created using CMake as a build system, nothing is deployed to the target device. When inspecting Run configuration, "Files to deploy" list is empty. When running program, the following is printed to the application output:

      16:15:49: Starting /usr/bin/appcontroller ...
No arguments given.
16:15:50: Application finished with exit code 1.
