Key shortcut Alt+U does not work

    Description

      I tried to change a text selection to lower case. Via menu it works. Via key shortcut (Alt+U) it fails.

      I think Alt+U collides with the shortcut that opens the Debug menu because when pressing the Alt+U combination three times, the following happens: 1. debug menu opens, 2. nothing happens, 3. lower case conversions is done.

      Changing to upper case works fine in both ways.
