Improve "Open pane on output when running" option

    Description

      If option "Open pane on output when running" is set, then pane opens on every output of the running programm.
      This is not comfortable if you are try to use other creator windows (panes) with running programm, for example search pane results will be switched off to output pane.
      The solution will be option like "Open pane on run only once"
