QC package is not able to use https

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • install QC from (snapshot) package
      • start QC
      • try to
        • fetch/paste a snippet to one of the codepasters
        • update highlighter definitions

      There is an openSSL library inside the package, but it appears to be the wrong version.
