Unremovable "Unclaimed breakpoint"

      See

      There's a breakpoint that is listed on the line number that isn't on the list of breakpoints. That means I can't remove it. I can't add a breakpoint on that line either.

      Debugger doesn't show any breakpoint add attempt.
