    Description

Sometimes when or after debugging, QtC turns some or all of my breakpoints in "unclaimed breakpoints". This means they do not break debugging anymore.

This can happens literally while stoping a working debug session and starting it again, without any other interaction with QtC or the debugee.

What's even worse is that once this happened, I cannot add any new breakpoints. They just go "unclaimed" immediately. I have to restart QtC to continue debugging. Not even this helps sometimes, so I have to resort to WinDBG or Visual Studio to do any further debugging.
