Bundle a more recent version of jom in Qt SDK

      The current version of jom included in the latest Qt Creator is 0.8.3.
      A lot of bugs have been fixed since this version in the jom git repository.

      It would be nice if the jom version was bumped to 0.9.4 (in jom src/app/main.cpp) and included in the next Windows releases of Qt Creator and Qt SDK.
