run configurations accumulating

Idk if this has to do with new releases, but i noticed it now upon first start of 4.10.0 and it happenend several times in the past, that i have a new run configuration for my project (with a 2 suffixed) and selecting the configuration without 2 states:

The project no longer builds the target associated with this run configuration.

So i assume this one is some sort of backup.
But i’m neither interested in keeping this (or to have more than 1 run configuration ftm) nor does the message tell me anything useful.
