Getting File Error's with writing xml files in Windows 7 during normal operation

Whenever I boot up Qt Creator or close the program, I get a spam of File Error boxes, example of one attached but there are about 4 others, all in the same RoamingData folder and all xml files.

Does not seem to impact the performance of the application, but there's a lot of closing error text boxes during normal use of the IDE

Does not appear that other processes are locking the files
