Dancing Debug layout Locals and expression.

Qt 5.5.1

1) horizontal scrolbars are dancing size of scroll control is increasing and decreasing every half second.

Actual for both: locals and expressions window.

2) Also there is a problem again with a Locals and Expressions window -

2.1 the items there are grey

2.1  while clicking focus are gone after approx. half second 

Screenshots are attached , you may see that scroll element size is changed , though I do nothing.
