Font size choice on Windows High DPI screens is very poor

The choice of font size for just about every piece of text display in a dialog box is so small as to be almost unreadable.

If I drag dialogs on to my secondary monitor (physically smaller but still 1920x1080 at 100% scaling) text is now readable.

My monitor is a standard 28 inch 1920x1080 at 150% scaling.

If I disable the "Enable High DPI scaling" checkbox, everything becomes too large, as if I'm BEING SHOUTED AT.
