Offline installer hangs at "performing license check"

 - Dowload offline installer from https://www.qt.io/offline-installers:

$ sha1sum ./qt-creator-opensource-linux-x86_64-4.10.2.run
723a6ad9b90a405fc510391037c8b87f23ccff90

 - run it as usually:

$ ./qt-creator-opensource-linux-x86_64-4.10.2.run

 - can see "Performing license pre-conditions check" label near the progress bar and that is it, "Next" button is unavailable (find screenshot attached)
