Clang Code Model Error at the first launch of QtCreatot

    Description

      At the first launch (and all others) of QtCreator I have an error message :

      2019-11-09T19:35:12 Clang Code Model: Error: The clangbackend executable "C:\Qt\Qt5.13.2\Tools\QtCreator\bin\clangbackend.exe" could not be started (timeout after 10000ms).
