Description
To reproduce:
1. Open Tool | Git | Current File | Blame current file
2. Inside the toolbar of git blame editor change Unix (LF) into Windows (CRLF) and then back to Unix (LF).
3. Close the editor. Now creator prompts for unsaved changes in file with no name (see screenshot).
In fact editing didn't change anything. I think we shouldn't show the prompt at all in this case. For sure we shouldn't show the empty filename.
