Android debugger is not working properly on Android devices with many issues like not being able to find the debugger server

W ActivityThread: Application org.qtproject.example.helloworld is waiting for the debugger on port 8100... 
The command "/home/assam/Android/Sdk/platform-tools/adb" terminated with exit code 1.
adb: error: listener 'tcp:5038' not found

On some devices, the server starts but freezes directly after first stepping.

Such issues should have a high priority to fix.
