Description
Hi, I'm using QtCreator to create and deploy a project in a Grayhill 3D70 touchscreen display. I have installed all the Grayhill compatibility packages and ensured that connectivity through ssh is fine. After I configure the project according to their guide, I build it using their provided kit and everything goes fine. When I try to Run/Deploy it though, an error message keeps popping up saying that Permission is denied at folder C:/Users/MY_USERNAME/AppData/Local/Temp/QtCreator.WksHZu(the file canges name every time I run QtCreator and run it), like below:
01:12:02: File transfer failed: Permission denied (C:/Users/MY_USERNAME/AppData/Local/Temp/QtCreator.WksHZu). 01:12:02: Deploy step failed. Error while building/deploying project ghQmlDemo (kit: Qt-5.12.2-3Dxx) When executing step "Upload files via SFTP"
Also, QtCreator fails to see some folders inside /System32 folder (eg the OpenSSH folder and its executables). When I try to enter the valid paths in the Tools>Devices>SSH settings, it says they do not exist. When I copy the ssh executable files and paste them in a folder in the Desktop, everything works fine.
Finally, none of the above was fixed when I tried to run it as administrator, or when i run Windows Compatibility Troubleshoot .
There is also a QtForum thread i created, in case it helps: https://forum.qt.io/topic/109313/qtcreator-permission-denied-to-file
