Windows: Sometimes stderr is missing line feeds from application

When application is printing text into stderr, sometimes Qt Creator loses \n from it and shows incorrect output.

To reproduce, run attached example and scroll through the output in Application Output. Most of the times this has been run, it produces these odd cases.

It seems to happen more in release builds, but sometimes occurs also in debug builds.
