Cannot build for other ABIs than armeabi-v7a on Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the latest Qt 5.14.0-rc1 android binary and Qt Creator 4.11.0-rc1
2. Copy e.g. 'wiggly' example to a shorter path and select it from the 'Open file or project..'
3. From project settings, check that arm64-v8a is selected in the qmake settings
4. Build the example

Expected result:

arm64-v8a directory is created into the build directory

Actual result:

armeabi-v7a directory is created into the build directory

Find qmake, compilation and application outputs attached.

If you build from command line, the correct ABI gets created.
