[Reg: 4.10->4.11]: Clang-tidy and Clazy Analytics not inline as text markers, anymore

      Qt Creator 4.7 introduced "Project wide" Clang-tidy and Clazy diagnostics via the Analyzer: https://www.qt.io/blog/2018/07/18/qt-creator-4-7-0-released

      When having the same same diagnostics options for the Analyzer and for the Code model, it was possible to see the diagnostics (and if available a FixIt) in the "Diagnostics overview" and as text marker in the open document.

      That possibility is now gone, like due to QTCREATORBUG-23348 :
