Include QtQuick.Timeline in the binary package, enable timeline for fall-back qmlpuppet

      Qt 5.14 officially ships the QtQuick.Timeline QML module. Since a while, QtQuickDesigner includes a time line editor and easing curve editor.

      Qt Creator releases are now Qt 5.14 based and should include the QtQuick.Timeline module in order to enable the time line editor fr the "fallback qmlpuppet" case, which AFAIK is the default.

      Another reason to include this is to make the "StudioWelcome" plugin work.
